DESCRIPTION:For 2nd Saturday ArtWalk\, I’ll be in my studio looking forward to welcoming visitors and showing\, discussing\, and selling my photography and installation pieces. \n\n\n\nIn celebration of the current exhibit in the Tully-Levine Gallery “Flower Power” I am presenting a collection of flower and tree photography along the hallway wall outside of my studio. \n\n\n\nIn other news: you’ll be able to see part of the installation “Papi’s Garten” which I just brought home from Creative Pinellas Arts Annual.  \n\n\n\nSt. Pete ArtWalk takes place on the 2nd Saturday every month and is free. DESCRIPTION:Opening reception for the exhibit RISE at the Sightline Gallery and the lobby inside the St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE). The latest exhibit at Sightline Gallery in partnership with Creative Pinellas\, features photography\, woodworking\, ceramics\, and poetry by local artists. The exhibit invokes both the literal and spiritual meaning of rise. Luci Westphal’s photography features soaring birds and comforting angels; Scott Solary carves sunrises and mountains celebrating the beauty of nature\, clay rises into stunning vessels in Charles Morrison’s hands\, and Leticia Cruz’s poem reminds us that each day we rise offers a new hope. \n\n\n\nThe opening reception is invite-only unless you happen to be in the terminal for a flight already. \n\n\n\nPart of the exhibit is visible to the general public before security\, but the main exhibit is in the Sightline Gallery after security check near Gates 7-11.  \n\n\n\nExhibit run: February 18 – June 15\, 2026

This year\, a portion of the proceeds will go to support Volunteers of America of Florida. Millions of Americans are struggling to feed their families\, and their numbers are growing. VOA is on the front lines\, offering the support people need to rebuild their lives. \n\n\n\nThe Game: 1) Each artist is chosen\, once they accept to play and swear to secrecy\, they become one of a three-part work of art. 2) There are 4 categories this year and 33 participants between Paintings\, Sculptures\, Photography\, and Poetry. 3) It’s a blind collaboration. DESCRIPTION:The studio artists at the ArtsXchange + MGA Sculpture Studio + Soft Water Gallery invite arts & culture workers (artists\, gallerists\, organizers\, curators\, etc.) to an industry night on the Friday evening before the official St. Pete 2nd Saturday ArtWalk. \n\n\n\nCome see where we create and display our art – and connect over each other’s creations\, ideas\, methods\, inspiration\, and light refreshments. And of course: enter at your own risk.  \n\n\n\n.\n\n\n\nThis is NOT a replacement for Saturday ArtWalk. Our studios and galleries will be open to the public again the next evening for the monthly St. Pete 2nd Saturday ArtWalk (5pm – 9pm) \n\n\n\nThis event is part of the new “Open Studio Friday” initiative. Because all of us studio artists\, curators\, gallery owners and employees are always at our own studios/galleries during 2nd Saturday ArtWalk\, we are the only people who miss out on seeing each other’s art spaces.
