Our favorite art event took place again in March: the Historic Kenwood Artist Enclave Studio Tour, renamed Tour of the Arts.

Every year, during the 3rd weekend in March, artists residing and creating in the Historic Kenwood neighborhood of St. Petersburg, Florida, open their homes and gardens to the public to show and sell their artwork. This year was my 4th year participating, and Scott’s second year.
We had gorgeous weather, our garden was thriving, and an estimated 500 friends, neighbors, fellow artists and other guests came through over the two days, March 15 and 16. It was fabulous!

A big thanks to those who organized the event this year and to every person who came to visit, shared kind words, and/or made a purchase.

This blog post is incredibly overdue because from the day after the studio tour (March 17), I’ve been pretty much working non-stop on my “Post-Historic St. Pete” which will have two opening receptions this week 4/10 at Craftsman House and 4/12 at Forever Florida. More about that in the next blog post.
Here are a few photos from the Kenwood Tour of the Arts weekend.
