Israeli singer-songwriter Asaf Avidan has a fascinating singing voice that could be male or female and that not everyone will find beautiful – or at least not as beautiful as his songwriting and music videos or as handsome as he is himself. Personally, I like it all. And I especially like the “The Labyrinth Song” off his new album Gold Shadow – and not only because it evokes Leonard Cohen at his best.

Since “The Labyrinth Song” doesn’t have an official video (yet), I’ll go ahead an post the lyrics video and two older ones for your enjoyment…
