Recorded Lives creates personal memoir videos – about life, love, family, career. Preserve your story for family, friends, peers, and future generations! A truly unique gift crafted by personable and professional filmmaker, Luci Westphal.
I have officially launched what I’ve been dreaming of for years: Recorded Lives – a personal memoir video service.

As a documentary filmmaker, I aim to help people and organizations tell their stories and express their ideas and passions – for an informed, connected, and better tomorrow.
To me, the life stories of so-called “ordinary people” are just as remarkable and compelling as high-stakes celebrity stories. Because I want to help preserve and share these stories and help people understand each other better and connect deeper, I launched Recorded Lives – a personal memoir videos service.

A personal memoir video is a truly unique gift! Purchase the service for a loved one to preserve their story – or let me record YOUR story so you can gift the finished videos to your loved ones.
What we create together will help you and yours connect deeper and across time.
To the storyteller, I offer the rewarding experience of them telling their story in a safe space to a confidential interviewer who will help them capture and share what matters most to them in their life with those they care about.
While I’m just making the official announcement today – this service has been in the works for a while. I’m currently editing the 4th video I filmed of a person telling their life story. It’s such a fascinating and rewarding experience. I can’t wait to meet the next person I get to interview… and hear from the families and friends who have been touched by watching a loved ones finished video.
Recorded Lives books interviews in the entire Tampa Bay Area and Sarasota and Lakeland without additional travel costs. Filming in other areas of Florida or the country are possible with additional travel costs. Book your free consultation today.
