The towns of Cañon City and Florence, just east of the Rocky Mountains in Fremont County, are well worth a visit. When Scott, Miriam Blaich and I visited the area in February, I didn’t get much time to take pictures – since our main focus was the near-by Royal Gorge Bridge and some antique shopping in Florence.
But you can see a few photos here, and more in the In A Colorado Minute 2016 Flickr album. If you’d like to read more about Cañon city and Florence and watch the video I shot there, please check out my post on the Moving Postcard website: Cañon City and Florence – In A Colorado Minute (308).
