The fast drive through stunning South St. Vrain Canyon (along South St. Vrain Creek aka St. Vrain River) was actually an accidental one. When we drove (and filmed) the Peak-to-Peak Scenic Byway in all its autumn glory this past week, we missed the turn from Colorado Highway 7 onto Highway 72 and discovered this little gem. Not accidental was the stop along the road to give our dog Whiskey the chance to catch some water, which seems to be here current favorite thing.
If you want to see what the world looks like from Whiskey’s perspective, please check out last weeks video, shot by Whiskey herself with a GoPro: Reservoir Dog (Whiskey Business 1) – In A Colorado Minute (Week 230)
If you want to see the Peak-to-Peak Scenic Byway video, please check back in over the next few weeks. It may or may not be next week’s video because tomorrow we’re traveling to the Catskills in Upstate New York… where I might just shoot a new video.
