The technical difference is in the codec used within FCP, which was ProRes instead of h.264. Then in the export I chose high quality for this one (h.264) and just best quality (h.264) for the official one.

The visual difference: the official one almost looks like an impressionistic stop-motion video while this one is closer to a realistic video with regular motion. Both videos are time-lapse videos.
